Our licensed cafe, Haddington Place, offers tea, coffee and cake as well as snacks and meals throughout the day. There is also a dining room for breakfasts and group meals and a small self-catering kitchen and dining area downstairs.
Just 10 minutes on foot from Waverley Railway Station and the bus station, Edinburgh Central Youth Hostel is within walking distance of Edinburgh's main attractions, including Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, the National Museum of Scotland, Dynamic Earth and the Scottish Parliament. Our accommodation is a short walk from Edinburgh Playhouse and the Omni Centre. Hairdryers, iron & ironing board and cards & games are available for free to use with a deposit. Shower gel, soaps and toiletries available to purchase from reception. Towels are available for hire (available free to private booked rooms).
