Celebrating the best of outdoor adventure culture, the Aviemore Adventure Festival is held in the Cairngorms National Park.
The festival, which takes place 9 - 12 March 2017, includes a packed programmed of events such as outdoor activities, workshops, film screenings and guest lectures - already confirmed for 2017 is explorer and adventurer Alistair Humphreys.
With a great range of facilities including multi-share and private rooms, a well-equipped self-catering kitchen, a spacious dining area, a large drying room and ample parking for cars and buses, Aviemore Youth Hostel is the perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts.
Cairngorm Lodge Youth Hostel, in the Glenmore area is great for a variety of activities, but is also somewhere to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Scotland with many easy walking and cycling paths through the Caledonian Pine forest on our doorstep. The Loch Morlich Watersports Centre is based on the large beach near to the youth hostel and some of our activity holidays are based here.
Both youth hostels are close to the Cairngorm mountain funicular and snowsports area, making them an ideal base for year-round activities, including hillwalking, climbing, snowsports, mountain biking, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing watersports and fishing.
To enjoy 10% off your stay at Aviemore or Cairngorm Lodge Youth Hostels 8 - 12 March 2017, just purchase your Festival ticket online at www.aviemoreadventure.org and the discount code will be provided in with the ticket confirmation email. Click here for terms and conditions.
