We understand that sometimes you might not want to cook while on holiday or after a long day, and for that reason we also offer home-cooked meals for individuals and groups at many of our youth hostels. Some youth hostels are even licensed and have small bar areas, allowing you to relax with a beer or a glass of wine at the end of your day.
Provenance is all about where the food on your plate comes from - knowing it's locally produced somehow makes it even tastier! It's also good news for the environment as it keeps the food miles right down.
Local suppliers are passionate about what they produce so standards are always high and food comes from people who really care about what's on your plate today...that's why we love local!
As our youth hostel network is extremely diverse, our offerings in each youth hostel vary depending on size and capacity.
