Oban Youth
Hostel, located on the esplanade, has been undergoing a
face-lift. The project, which has cost a projected £35k, has
included the formation of a new catering-style kitchen which will
be for guest and public use; a fantastic new dining room and
furniture; building alterations to provide a new fire escape route;
and repairs to the roof.
The 3-star seafront hostel, with panoramic views across the
Sound of Mull, and the adjacent 4-star lodge are situated next to
the bustling town centre making the hostel a firm favourite with
independent travellers and families from all over the world. The
lodge incorporates top-class hostel standards including three and
four bedded rooms all with en-suite toilet and shower facilities.
The kitchen and dining refurbishment has just added to the appeal
of this already popular hostel.
Whether you are looking for an action-packed adventure, a taste
