Glen Nevis River Race
Re-introduced to the Lochaber calendar in 2008, this hugely
popular event is primarily to raise funds for Lochaber mountain
Rescue Team. The idea of the race is that competitors set off down
a two mile section of the River Neviis on a lilo or equivalent type
of craft; on route where they will have to navigate obstacles such
as the leg breaker, dead dog pool and the famous lower falls
leap.
