Loch Lomond

"Scotland's most beautiful Hostel ... a turreted building overlooking the pristine waters of Loch Lomond"

Photo of Hostel

An impressive country house set in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, with stunning views of the Loch (just 300m away) and Ben Lomond (974m) towering above. Built on the site of Robert the Bruce’s hunting lodge, this house retains many original features including a sweeping staircase with vast stained glass windows and a ballroom. The National Park offers many possibilities for walks, bike rides, canoeing, cruises and wildlife spotting. There are also events and shopping at Loch Lomond Shores, in nearby Balloch.
