Kirk Yetholm

Photo of Hostel

This small and friendly youth hostel is situated within the quaint village of Kirk Yetholm, below the northern slopes of the Cheviots and close to the English border. Many visitors come for the fine weather and to view the many traditionally thatched cottages. Kirk Yetholm is within easy reach of the Border Abbeys and is in the heart of great cycling country. There is also a wealth of walking opportunities for all abilities, being at the north end of the Pennine Way and part-way along the St. Cuthbert's Way (which starts at Melrose).
