Customer feedback has always been at the core of the work we do
at SYHA - We rely on our trusted hostellers to give us accurate and
actionable feedback so that we can improve our service.
Within our recently re-launched website, we have a new
Ratings & Review (view screenshot) process, which makes it
even easier to share your thoughts with us.
- When you make a booking, you will have the
option of allowing us to contact you or not following your Hostel
visit
- If you have agreed: 2 weeks after your stay, we will email you
a link, whereby you may leave a rating and review for your
stay
- This system is totally impartial as ratings can only be left by
those who have stayed recently with SYHA
- Ratings are based on a 5 star system - Half a star being the
lowest and 5 stars the highest
- You also have the opportunity to leave more detailed feedback -
a section where you can leave a confidential comment for internal
SYHA use and another for your travellers tips, which will
be published on our website along with the star score you have
awarded
