By Bus:

Take bus to Central Lanark Terminus. Change to New Lanark – Minibus: 2 per hour.

By Train:

Take Glasgow South train from Glasgow Central lower platform to Lanark. to New Lanark – Minibus: 2 per hour.

By Car:

From Central Lanark follow signs for New Lanark. Drive to hostel in village – do not park at upper car park area.

By Air travel:

From Prestwick Airport take A77, Kilmarnock route A71 and then A72 to Lanark. Follow signs for New Lanark. 1 1/2 hours by car. Please note that check-in reception closes at 10.30pm. Hostel closes at 11.30pm.

On Foot:

Follow signs to New Lanark and walk to car park. Follow signs for footpath down into the village. Hostel signposted.
