Nightlife: Comrie has 3 cosy pubs with occasional live music, quiz nights, etc. Jazz nights on summer weekends. Occasional ceilidhs (Scottish dancing). Crieff has more pubs and one nightclub. All accessible by bus until midnight.

- Stirling, Dunblane - no. 47, then connect with no. 15 in Crieff
- Oban, Fort William, Skye and the west - between May and October twice daily Citylink coach service from Perth to Oban with a time-tabled stop at Comrie Croft.
By Train: Nearest rail station Gleneagles (15 miles). Perth, Stirling and Dunblane are often more convenient. By Car: Well signposted driveway off the A85 between Crieff (5 miles) and Comrie (2 miles). On Foot: Footpath from Comrie - call hostel for detailed directions.
